We are human, so it is inevitable that we will, at some point, experience stress. Our breath can become harder and faster and if we have chronic stress, this dysfunctional breathing pattern will continue (even when the stressor is removed.) And you may not even realize HOW or WHY this type of habitual breathing can be feeding into your anxiety and stress making your symptoms much more challenging to manage. This is why it is so important to learn how to come back to functional breathing.

Join Heather Berg, International Buteyko Breathing Method instructor, certified Yoga and meditation teacher, for a 2 hour workshop.

You will learn:
*How breathing can affect your nervous system
*Practice Buteyko Breathing Method exercises to mitigate anxiety symptoms
*Gentle Yoga to calm the physical body
*Guided meditation

Join this 2 hour workshop of theory and practical BBM exercises that will then prepare the mind and body for movement and meditation.

No prior breath work or Yoga experience necessary.
