Join Heather and Elaina as they lead a SILENT* experience of turning inwards.
Take 4.5 hours to truly unplug! It is hard to overstate how much more alive we can be to Mother Nature and to ourselves when we put our devices away. There will be gentle movement, guided meditation, walking meditation, journaling and mindful eating…all food prepared by Elaina!
