Yoga Nidra at Michael’s Body Scenes

Join me for my inaugural guided Yoga Nidra practice. Also known as Yogic Sleep or Sleep with Awareness. Yoga Nidra is the highest practice of self-care: deep relaxation, healing for the nervous system and “one of the most profound and accessible ways to positively reshape the unconscious.”
This practice will include some very simple, gentle movement, followed by a 45-minute Yoga Nidra practice. Please bring yoga mat, small pillow for head, blanket to cover yourself and any other bolsters/props to support yourself in a comfortable Shavasana/corpse pose. No (physical) Yoga or meditation experience required.
