Yoga Nidra at Mounts Botanical Garden

Yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep) is a powerful healing relaxation practice of self-care for mind, body, and spirit. Practicing Yoga Nidra can improve sleep, reduce anxiety, release tension, and deepen awareness; allowing people to connect with their authentic selves.
